It lets various users share network resources using only one ISDN card.

ShareISDN works to share the functions of one ISDN card with other users of the same network. For example, each employee of a company can send faxes or transfer files via one ISDN card (you don´t need one card for each person). Thus you save money (in cards) and time and effort (when installing them).

You only have to install the ShareISDN server (SISsetup.exe) in the PC that contains the ISDN card, and the ShareISDN client (SICsetup.exe)in each PC from which you wish to access that card. From that moment, you can use any application that has support for the CAPI 2.0 protocol, which is the standard programming interface for ISDN cards.
